This is a male torchic noting you know this because of the hair tuft on the top of its head and that its internal memory (the robot brain) is slightly smaller than the females. A torchic taken hostage by team rocket which misbehaved and sadly had its whole body implanted with a robot form. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
